SLOPED & MULTI-SLOPED WALLS

To obtain accurate measurements for your wall, disregard any slopes and measure the highest and widest points. The mural will be printed and delivered as a complete rectangle or square, with the sloped portion trimmed during installation. We suggest adding an additional 5 cm (2 inches) to both the width and height measurements.

MULTIPLE WALLS

When placing an order, measure the width of each wall and combine the measurements. Remember to add a safety margin of 5 cm (2 inches) per wall. Next, measure the height, starting from the highest point. Don't forget to add an additional 5 cm (2 inches) to this measurement as well. By doing so, there's no need to order the mural in separate parts.

WALLS WITH DOORS, WINDOWS OR OTHER OBSTACLES

To ensure a perfect fit, please measure the width and height of the entire wall. Rest assured, any obstacles will be accounted for during installation. When placing your order, kindly provide us with the precise measurements, and we'll craft your wallpaper accordingly. As a precaution, we recommend adding 5 cm (2 inches) to both the width and height. This way, you can be sure of a flawless result.

Recommendations

This indoor wall mural is not suitable for outdoor use. It can be easily installed on various smooth surfaces like gypsum boards, wood, glass, metal, and select plastic panels. However, it may not adhere well to textured surfaces. Avoid using it on heavily textured paint, concrete, or brick. Prior to installation, conduct a test on a small area. Ensure that the installation surface is clean, smooth, dry, and in good condition, without any moisture, grease, or stains. Remove any peeling paint or old wall coverings before proceeding with installation.

Installation

1. Start by rolling the first panel inward, ensuring that the printed side is facing inwards.
2. Peel off a 6" strip from the top of the panel and remove any excess protective paper.
3. Align the side panel carefully with the previously drawn line and apply it to the wall.
4. To prevent deformations, apply the wall mural with minimal tension. Slowly unroll the panel to the floor, removing the protective paper gradually. Use a plastic scraper to smooth the wall mural, working from the center to the ends of the panel. Ensure it is straight and free of air bubbles.
5. If needed, gently remove the panel to release stubborn air bubbles or folds. You can also use a sharp object like a needle or the tip of a knife to pierce the surface and smooth it out with the scraper.
6. Install the subsequent panels using the same method as above. Make sure the panel joints overlap by about 0.5". Align the image or pattern with the previous panel, ensuring the ground is perfectly aligned to the eye. Remember, even a small difference near the floor will appear less noticeable once the installation is complete.
7. Once all the panels are installed, use a utility knife to trim off any excess material from the ceiling and the floor.

Sit back and enjoy your new room!
